Ready to Work Program House and Tri-Cities Homeless Navigation Center
Bridge House, a Colorado-based non-profit organization, has expanded its services with a new Ready to Work program house in Englewood, alongside the new Tri-Cities Homeless Navigation Center. This marks the third Ready to Work location for Bridge House, building on the success of established programs in Boulder (since 2015) and Aurora (since 2018).
Ready to Work Program House
The new Ready to Work program house will provide 50 long-term beds, offering a comprehensive approach to sustainably change the lives of adults experiencing homelessness. The 9-12 month transitional work program focuses on:
Paid Employment: Participants engage in paid work with an outdoor landscape crew, contracted for projects within the Tri-Cities area, working up to 29 hours per week.
Housing: A sober, communal living environment is provided for men and women, including three daily meals, onsite laundry facilities, transportation, and 24/7 staffing support.
Case Management: Individuals receive comprehensive support through trauma-informed and evidence-based group sessions, addiction and sobriety resources, one-on-one case management, career and financial counseling, mentoring and an aftercare program.
